Is it really a dollar a day? What's the catch?
No catch. It's $365 + GST a year ($419.75 incl. GST), billed once a year. That covers the build, your .co.nz domain, hosting, SSL, security and 5 updates. No setup fee, no add-ons, and nothing extra turns up on an invoice later.
Couldn't I just build one myself with AI or a site builder?
You could. The tools are good these days. Add it up first though: a site builder is $25 to $40 a month, a domain is about $40 a year, and the design, writing, Google setup, updates and fixes are all your evenings. This is $1 a day with all of that done for you, by people who build sites all day.
What do you need from me?
Whatever you can share: what you do, where you work, photos, what customers love about you. Two minutes gets a good site. More detail gets a better one, because it feeds how you show up on Google and AI search.
What happens after the first year?
It renews at the same $1 a day. We'll email you before it renews, your domain stays covered while you're with us, and there are no year-two surprises.
Do I own it?
Yes. The .co.nz domain is registered in your name. Your site, your content, your customers. If you ever leave, the domain goes with you.
Can I move it somewhere else later?
Yes. No lock-in, no minimum term, no exit fees. If you cancel, the site simply stops renewing at the end of the paid year; the domain is in your name and your content goes with you. Every ownership question, answered straight.
What's not included?
It's a professional one-page site, which is the right size for getting found and contacted. If you need more later, like extra pages, bookings or a store, our team at GoDigital builds that too. Already taking bookings through something like Calendly or Timely? Your site's buttons can point straight to it. The $1-a-day site works fine on its own though. It's not a teaser. Email hosting isn't included either: enquiries from your site go to the address you already use.
What does the Google + AI-search setup actually do?
It's a specific list of work, published in full: schema.org markup naming your exact business type, an llms.txt file for AI assistants, your facts in plain quotable text, a canonical URL with proper social previews, semantic structure, and fast pages with no third-party trackers.
