The questions you should ask any website provider before paying, answered in one place, in plain text. These are the same facts as our terms and guarantee; this page just saves you assembling them.

Cancel anytime and your site simply stops renewing at the end of the paid year; your domain and your content leave with you. The site itself is plain static HTML with no proprietary platform or database behind it, so any web host can serve it. |
| Is there a contract or minimum term? | No | No contract, no minimum term. You pay once a year, it renews at the same price, and we email you before it renews. |
| Are there setup or cancellation fees? | No | No setup fee, no cancellation fee, no hidden extras. The yearly price is the whole bill. |
| Is hosting included? | Yes | Fast hosting is included and fully managed. Nothing for you to set up, renew or pay separately. |

| Is email hosting included? | No | Honest answer: no. Enquiries from your site go to the email address you already use. Mailboxes at your own domain are not part of the $1-a-day price. Because the domain is registered in your name, you can attach mailboxes to it through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any email provider whenever you like. |
| Is the site mobile-friendly? | Yes | Every site is built responsive and checked on phones, which is where most local traffic comes from. |
| Is SEO included? | The setup, yes | Initial Google and AI-search (SEO/GEO) setup is included, built from your business information. We never promise a particular ranking, because nobody honestly can. |
| What does the AI-search setup actually include? | A published list | Schema.org markup naming your exact business type, an llms.txt file for AI assistants, plain-text facts, a canonical URL with social-preview tags, semantic structure, and fast pages with no third-party trackers. The full list is public, and every item is checkable in any example site's source. |
| Do you set up Google Search Console or analytics? | Not by default | Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are free accounts that belong to you, and a local one-pager does not depend on them to be found. No tracking scripts are installed either: enquiries arrive as calls and emails you see directly. If you want measurement anyway, ask, and we will say honestly what it takes. |
| Do you manage my Google Business Profile? | It stays yours | No. The profile is free and Google verifies the real owner, so it belongs in your hands. We publish a free setup guide, and your site is built to pair with the profile: same name, same number, same hours on both. |
| Can the site link to my booking system? | Yes | If you already take bookings through a tool such as Calendly, Timely or Fresha, your site's buttons can point straight to it. Building a booking system of your own is separate work, quoted honestly by GoDigital. |
| What happens when I outgrow one page? | Upgrade, not restart | GoDigital, the team behind this, builds multi-page sites, stores and bookings. Because the domain and content are already yours, growing keeps the same address and everything search engines know about it. |

| Do I pay before seeing the site? | No | You see your finished website free first, with no card and no commitment. You only pay if you love it. |
| What is the refund policy? | 30 days, full refund | If it is not right within 30 days of purchase, email us and we refund everything you have paid. One guarantee per business. |
| What does it cost, all in? | $1 a day | $365 + GST a year ($419.75 incl. GST), billed annually. No lock-in. That covers the build, .co.nz domain, hosting, SSL, security, Google and AI-search setup, and five updates a year. |
