Warranty Policy
OneDollar's warranty policy covers our products for 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy. If we cannot repair your product we will replace it with a new one of the same or similar model. In cases where we cannot repair or replace we will issue you a refund.

If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution.

Returns Policy
We want to offer you the best prices possible here at OneDollar.co.nz. To do this we try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers and do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority however, please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may make a claim under transit insurance.

Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once you've received your order unless we have made a genuine mistake in our description (and yes, we are human) or where your request to exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

Out of Stock and Backorders
While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder or "rain check" facility.

Intellectual Property
The information and products displayed on this website are protected by copyright and other laws of New Zealand, and under similar laws and international conventions abroad. You must not copy, distribute, resupply, sell otherwise deal with our intellectual property except with our prior written consent in each instance.

Incorrect Item
In the rare event that you receive the incorrect item; contact us by email info@onedollar.co.nz within 2 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in perfect condition for resale and we will take care of the costs of collecting it from you and packaging up and posting you the correct item to you.

Competition rules
These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to competitions included on the OneDollar.co.nz website ("Competition"), unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

ONEDOLLAR reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of ONEDOLLAR shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in New Zealand.

Employees of ONEDOLLAR or any company involved in the Competition, or any advertising agency or web company connected with ONEDOLLAR or any such persons subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition. ONEDOLLAR reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

ONEDOLLAR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, ONEDOLLAR in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected.

Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed and multiple entries will result in an entrant being disqualified. Where a winner has been selected and ONEDOLLAR discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has made more than one entry, ONEDOLLAR reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.

Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. ONEDOLLAR cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

Entrants should note that unless stated otherwise, ONEDOLLAR does not accept responsibility for the return of any Competition entries, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

You must answer all questions on the Competition form to be eligible.

Competition participants ("Competitors") must be 17 years of age or more.
