What are the deals?
Kiwi's love bargains, so every day we sell an item that has over 90% off RRP, over 75% off RRP, an item that has over 50% off RRP AND 1 item at $1.00 (plus p&p)!! Please note all currency on onedollar.co.nz is NZD.
How often do you put up new deals?
We will put up 4 deals every 24 hours. New deals will appear at 12PM each day.
Are all products on offer new?
Yes, all products on offer are new, and come in manufacturer's packing, unless specified.
What forms of payment do Onedollar.co.nz accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard or Visa Debit cards only. We do not accept Cheques or Manual Deposits.
How many of each item can I buy?
You can buy 1 item at a time in your cart. If you want to buy 2 of the same items, or 2 different items, simply come back and go through the process again.
How do I know that the product is mine?
As soon as you have added the item to your cart – it is tagged for you. You then have 5 minutes to complete your order. If you do not complete the order in that timeframe, the item will be released from your cart for others to order.
Why is there Sold, pending and available stock levels showing?
The Stock indication bar allows you to see how much stock of that particular product is currently sold, pending or available.
Available means this quantity of the product is still available for you to add to your cart. These figures change in real time as people add to their cart, pay or the product gets released again as available.
Pending means the product is sitting in a customer's cart, awaiting for them to process their credit card. If they do not process their order within 5 minutes, we will release the product back into the available queue.

The item I wanted is sold out – can you put me on Backorder?
You have to be in quick! Unfortunately we do not do backorders – once the product has sold out – that's it – no more. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you have successfully purchased an item, but we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you via email, and we will refund the complete price back onto your credit card/ Visa debit card.
How can I ensure that you have received my order and payment?
Once your order has been placed, and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your items have been picked and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with all courier details included.
I did not get a confirmation of my order?
A confirmation email is sent immediately after you place your order. Occasionally it is blocked by your spam filter or placed in your junk mail folder – so please check this.
How does the purchase appear on my Credit Card
If you purchase via credit card, "Onedollar.co.nz" will appear on your credit card statement.
When do you ship my goods?
All orders are shipped by our fully automated dispatch system within hours of the payment being confirmed (except on weekends where dispatch takes place first thing Monday morning). All small to medium sized items are dispatched by our courier company PBT Couriers, whilst larger items are hand delivered by our specialized freight company Jets Transport Please note that rural deliveries may take a day or 2 extra.
Do you ship to physical address and PO BOX.
Unfortunately not at this stage, we only ships to physical addresses.
What about the outlying islands?
We do not currently ship to Waiheke, Chatham, or Stewart Islands.
Can I pick up my item from a Wellington location?
Because we send so many parcels out each day, we do not allow pickups. PBT and Jets Couriers will ensure your parcel is delivered to your door within 3 days of dispatch!
Can I buy more than 1 item and combine my shipping costs.
Nope sorry, it is the quick and the dead – 1 product at a time.
How are your Postage & Packaging charges decided?
Each product we sell has its own unique Postage & Packaging prices. The Postage & Packaging price is clearly visible on the product information page and will be added on to your total once you are through the checkout. That way you will know exactly what final price you will be charged before buying!
Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?
No sorry, we currently only ship within New Zealand.
What about returns?
We want to offer you the best prices possible here at OneDollar.co.nz. To do this we try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers and do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
